4 is really good, it has Beyoncé’s best vocals and aged exceptionally well

Born This Way is a classic and has so many good maximalist electro anthems, the whole album is an ode to freedom and a staple in Gaga’s career

Femme Fatale is pop excellence, the dubstep influences and weird electronic glitchy moments on all songs make for such a bizarre listening experience in the best possible way

Talk That Talk is a disjointed mess full of filler aside from a few songs

Fatte Femele for sure

HOWEVER it's got some magical moments such as the first three singles, How I Roll, Inside Out, and He About to Lose Me!

Same, but nowadays Inside Out and How I Roll instrumentals sound to me like they were done on a calculator

Femme Fatale aged the worst. Unlistenable today. No soul, just cloning the sounds that were popular then.

FF aged the worst :rip: people saying 4 are just OBH'd and incapable of coherent/logical thinking.

4 aged the best. See when you produce a classic-sounding album and not trend-chasing garbage :jonny5:

Born this way was already dated at release, the Madonna reductive shade did the damage it did because the gp agreed, 4 recycled so many ideas from other artist even a song that was released 2 yeas before, the very definition of DATED.

4 because it was the least successful out of these albums!

So how well an album ages is correlated to its success? :priceless:

Anyways this is such a setup for Rih. The others are in their respective artists’ top 3 albums. TTT on the other hand…

I don’t think any of them aged honestly. TTT is my least fav of the 4 though.

Femme Fatale is very 2011 but it's GOOD unlike Talk That Talk which sounds 2011 and is bad.

Not 16 people really voting for 4 :toofunny2: it is by far the least dated sounding of the poll options. In fact, I think it's one of the best aged albums from that whole year of releases in any genre, male or female.

4 is the only one that aged well imo and then ff, talk tthat talk (there are some gems but the album as a whole screams thrown together at times), and then BTW

Definitely TTT although I love it. 4 has a timeless sound and FF was somewhat forward-thinking albeit still very 2011. BTW sounds quite different from other pop albums during that period but didn’t age well for me personally

Not FF being majority vote when its my favorite here :rip: I think maybe BTW?

Not when Judas, the massive flop of BTW, has more streams than any FF singles.

OT: FF and it's not close.

FF sounds most dated to me but it's not bad.

That was such a good time when everyone was releasing albermzz

I actually listened to FF the other day after listening to In the Zone - FF aged horribly, and it's weird because I liked that album when it came out.:emofish:  It even sounds worse on a technical level, like it sounds oddly flat now when I don't remember it sounding like that, and I have much better headphones now than the basic earbuds I was using back then. It felt like the aural equivalent of opening a dusty book.

Well 4 was the least successful so that means it's the worst!

Not talking about streams.... talking about the quality of the music here
