Meh. There’s too many great projects already out this year and this just isn’t hitting as hard as some of the others. It was cute but I doubt I’ll listen much until the second part is out, whenever that is.

I like the production on this project from what I've heard so far, seems very UK inspired (TTMN, Tightrope, Gravity). It reminds me of some early 2000's UK pop, R&B and dance.

It's still in line with 333 and feels like they belong in the same family with Die A Little Bit.

Can give more opinion when I hear the project as it was intended to...track list in order and all.

Okay 👍 looking forward to your review

Hmmm I need to listen to this again, but  so far…

1. Gravity

2. Tightrope

3. Talk to Me Nice

4. Uh Huh

5. Treason

6. None of My Business

7. Needs

This is the most anticlimactic release of her career since Joyride. :rip:  It does not feel complete even though it’s very cohesive. And we have no guarantee of a third video. Spotify gagging her by labeling this an EP. :ahh:
Whatever, we knew the music would be good. This “project” would benefit greatly sound wise by getting the dolby atmos treatment.

thissssssssssss. she came thru once again :jonny6:

she just never misses. even Joyride, an album at her lowest, is a record other pop girlies wish they had

She didn't need to release any singles at all, just dropping it would've been so much better. Like Amethyst.

This!!! TTMN/Needs surprise videos would’ve been a cute supplement to this release.

Ot: It’s absolutely wild how Tinashe’s “low moments” (Joyride) or nonevent eras (the current one) can still give us amazing music that would otherwise be considered some artists’ best work. She just never misses even when certain things business-wise are a miss.

The track lengths :bibliahh:

Its anything but laughable

She is releasing mini albums ( ep’s) now instead one full length album. We get another project under a different names. She in small eras era. I guess each mini album will get their own little eras

What did she have against just releasing this as one album? This is so counter productive considering how smooth her releases were as an independent artist. I'm not here for us going through a small era eras ever again. This is an EP and she's trying to make it seem otherwise for whatever delulu reason.

I hope nice life get it together this upcoming week. If not she needs to ditch them. It make no sense that her album rollout 100% independent far outclassed an album release with them. Where is the budget? Where is the marketing? Where is the promotion? More importantly were is the budget? They could even not even pay for Dolby Atmos? Was their job to simply get a few more playlists?

okay y’all were dramatic as hell, which i should’ve just known from the jump. this project is very solid and it’s giving everything i thought it would. i do agree that needs is probably the weakest song here but that’s fine because it serves its purpose.

hearing the project as a whole, i have a lot of thoughts but i’m just gonna wait and see how this plays out & hope for the best.

Up there with Lucid Dreaming. This is giving Nightride 2 and I love it.

For the guys that listened to the project, can you describe uh huh? I thought it was slow R&B song. The reason I ask is uh huh is the song being promoted in these playlists. I am sure there better song to push right?

“Uh Huh” literally sounds like a second version of “Bouncin, Pt. 2”. It’s my fav and if you like her slower moodier darker vibes, “Uh Huh” is that girl

Lyrically, this is very reminiscent to Songs For You but a little more personal. Wonder who’s she singing about aka it better not be that flop basketball player

It’s the fact that she’s been giving off this energy of being mad at us for *checks notes* wanting a project to at least be longer than 20 minutes

Gravity should be the one getting the push. I saw a tweet about None of My Business also getting some NMF placements in some countries? Maybe they’re testing different songs to see which becomes the third single before they move onto part 2? Uh Huh is very cute us for bouncin, pt 2 fans, but I don’t think it should be the one getting the push.
