They spent weeks teasing Flowers before the release, so I don't see them dropping UTBY without some sort of official date announcement of an announcement in advance. I want them to avoid the Selena/Miley mess, especially because Tiktok will probably be all about the Selena vs Hailey drama with the new Selena release, but Sep 1 seems too far. Ugh.
