Once again Swifties cannot argue anything outside of money and sells. She is and will remain the most overrated artist in this modern age as long as she continues to serve nursery level melodies, atrocious lyrics, flat and non existent vocal power, and stage presence of a karaoke singer. Really need to emphasize just how unskilled she is as a songwriter in particular though, it is laughable how weak of one she is and yet constantly acclaimed for it.

At the same time - not all of her music is gems, Midnights is mid-AF. There's no need to pretend it's one of her best albums.  If any an up-and-coming singer released it they'd be panned I fear

I mean isn’t every artist who is big? 🤷‍♀️ the biggest problem with Taylor realm is that critics never say bad things about her I think after forklore this changed for a bit but I never read bad things about her in the media even before as well I’m not sure though. 
 

taylor is definitely overhyped but it’s majorly GP she has some great songs and that’s about it.

There is no such thing as overhype. People simply enjoy and listen to her music. Especially when music taste is subjective.

 

If they only use this energy on the artist they like or they think underhyped/underrated...
