It’s like better than 70% of the album (especially better than “Bad Blood”, “Shake It Off”, “I Know Places” & “You Are In Love”) 2

It's not a Cruel Summer situation where it wasn't a single initially. Style isn't some underdog song that got ignored as opposed to Cruel Summer. We had it as single one time, yes, but how about having it as a single a second time? 1

shelven Posted August 11, 2023 Posted August 11, 2023 An almost 10 year old album having a bigger day on US Spotify than the first day of a ton of new pop girl albums is INSANE
Walk_Away21 Posted August 11, 2023 Posted August 11, 2023 STOMP STOMP STOMP and I Know Feces is the lowest standard track still we love to see it. @Taylor fanboy 1

Stallo Posted August 11, 2023 Posted August 11, 2023 Would have been higher without the text and frame on the cover.

TaylenaStan Posted August 11, 2023 Posted August 11, 2023 Impressive But what about Vatican City? Is the Pope streaming her?
ATRL Moderator Ampersand13 Posted August 11, 2023 ATRL Moderator Posted August 11, 2023 Style, you will always be famous never go out of style God that song meant so much to me back in the day (and still does.) For the longest time I considered my all time favorite Taylor song, a feat that has now been made impossible given how expansive and stellar her discography is.
tiagol88 Posted August 11, 2023 Posted August 11, 2023 She's still slaying with Midnights...Cruel Summer is her current hit, a single from a 2019 album that wasn't even re-released. She just released Speak Now (Taylor's Version)...and her next re-release is making so much noise that she's making all of those old hits turning into current hits again Like...how?
Nein Posted August 11, 2023 Posted August 11, 2023 Are we forgetting that Style was ignored by her back then? It had the VSFS in like Nov 2014 yes, but when it was released as a single in Feb 2015, she ignored it completely and even performed Blank Space at the BRITS instead Justice for STYLE!
Ivan_brit Posted August 11, 2023 Posted August 11, 2023 Out of The Woods Not surprised, 1989 is her biggest era
pride4jc1222 Posted August 11, 2023 Posted August 11, 2023 Cruel Summer is favored to be #1 on the 8/26 Hot 100 chart, and end Last Night’s run at 16 weeks: 1

New Romantics it is! 1
Selegend Posted August 11, 2023 Posted August 11, 2023 what is this re-release style as a single idea? i swear ATRL sometimes thankfully they almost never listen to stans

They are going to push vault tracks like they've done for all the other re-recordings with the exception of Love Story that was necessary to introduce the re-recording process concept.

And they're right about it. if anything, pushing old non-singles would be acceptable, never old singles. ESPECIALLY someone like taylor swift, that has a very strong catalog.
ATRL Moderator feelslikeadream Posted August 11, 2023 ATRL Moderator Posted August 11, 2023 Not OOTW, the second best single, being in last place though

New Romantics it is! I'd rather they use a vault track as new single for the project but if they were to use an already existing song, yeah it has to be New Romantics. The 1989 singles already had their time in the sun.
pride4jc1222 Posted August 11, 2023 Posted August 11, 2023 Let’s not overthink this one. Blank Space (TV) should be the lead single. This one is going to be #1 on the release week. Unlike the other recordings, 1989 (TV) is going to have legs, so there will be room for more than one single. I’d go, Blank Space (TV), vault single, Style (TV).
