ATRL Moderator Oxygen Posted September 6, 2023 ATRL Moderator Posted September 6, 2023 Is it 100% confirmed the spiders is the official cover and not a placeholder? It’s a little suss neither version was animated on AM. 1
Sweetestsecret Posted September 6, 2023 Posted September 6, 2023 Drake is coming 22 September. Well, Scarlet will be another iconic #2 peaking album like Planet Her 1
hallucinate Posted September 6, 2023 Posted September 6, 2023 (edited) his messy ass does this **** on purpose too idc Edited September 6, 2023 by hallucinate
KatyPrismSpirit Posted September 6, 2023 Posted September 6, 2023 she needs to move the album to 9/15. she can be a Best Rap Album contender just in time for the grammys and drake drops on 9/22

If she moved and ended up being #2 anyway it would look dumb.
Alex Posted September 6, 2023 Author Posted September 6, 2023 oop... drake dropping same day, no #1 for you doja cat
Alex Posted September 6, 2023 Author Posted September 6, 2023 i'm crying cause they really gotta come up with something quick now
Dialamba Posted September 6, 2023 Posted September 6, 2023 She’s cursed anyway we will all know Scarlet will have a bagger longevity

Dojas Attantion Posted September 6, 2023 Posted September 6, 2023 Planet Her opened with 110k. This might do same 100-120k range. So it would go #2 anyways. 1
Alex Posted September 6, 2023 Author Posted September 6, 2023 and we still don't have the vinyl pre order... maybe drake made some points
GeminiCat Posted September 6, 2023 Posted September 6, 2023 Welp. Nightmare scenario. If she’s truly in her arts not the charts era, she’ll stick with her date and push through. No shame losing #1 to one of the 3 top artists in the world. I know RCA cares and they’re pissed one of their marquee releases fell on Drake’s release date. Decisions and discussions definitely being had rn.
professor2000 Posted September 6, 2023 Posted September 6, 2023 They better pull out a deluxe the following week, with all those tracks she teased on that whiteboard lol. 1

Streaming is bigger now than when PH came out, there’s CDs this time and PTTR looks to be bigger than anything she’s released before. 150-160k maybe? Easy #1 if not for Drake 1

No matter how you feel about him, Drake dropping is an event, everything else is buried. There’s a reason everyone moved up their singles and albums to this week and next. 1

There’s a reason everyone moved up their singles and albums to this week and next. exactly. but I do think his power diminished as an album event in his last project. still it's terrible to release against him in the same week is guaranteed to be outshined. I think she has bigger chances to #1 in the previous week.
Alex Posted September 6, 2023 Author Posted September 6, 2023 the biggest problem is all the rapheads will be focused on streaming drakes project instead of this, which will cost a lot of streams

B/c I can’t see them turning around and releasing another song on 9/22 (the date he gave). So I wonder if RCA is releasing early b/c of Drake.
