I don’t want to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but I genuinely think this a marketing tactic. I won’t be surprised if it comes out later that there was never really any “liberal” backlash in the first place cause no liberal is checking for Jason Aldean

How will Travis push fraudulent sales now that website sales are gone?

He would need massive streams to get it.

He will just do what he did with Franchise and just pull a bunch of physical sales. Billboard never changed anything with physical sales, the focus has all been on digital to that point.

Well they did remove bundles, but Franchise happened after that rule change.

Not surprised. This fetish for racism is not cute, but it will never stop.

He's definitely going #1 next week. Morgan is defeated, but at what cost?

The good things is Morgan won’t break Lil Nas record :rip:

This is exactly why you have to IGNORE songs like this, controversy only gave it more promotion and here we are :rip:

He won’t secure the #1 but it’s not surprising conservatives are rallying to stand behind him. Sad he needs controversy to get a hit because he hasn’t exactly been smashing up the country charts like he used to.

that’s exactly why he did what he did. He knew it would cause controversy and saw what that did for Morgan. Fading stars will do anything for relevance again generally

When Liberals over react and give attention to something it fuels the artist up the charts. It's like promo.

Supremacy is really winning and it’s f*cking frightening. The amount of rednecks that ran out to buy the Aldean song.

Nicki is definitely streaming one of the top 2 songs in the running, I'll say that

Rooting for it to hit 52 weeks too. We've made it through to August now. It only has three full months left before it leaves. It just needs to hold on like Don't Start Now did and it should be good. The only album bombs we know for sure right now that will happen are GUTS and maybe Travis Scott.

Die For You, You Proof, Sure Thing and Something In the Orange should all go recurrent before it too since they are all 52+ or nearing 52+ on the chart. They will take the bullet before Taylor does in that regard.
