Her best performing soundtrack song :clap3:

Better than expected since 99% of soundtrack songs have zero hype

When you remember how the song had everything from 100M playlisting to #1 spot on TTH and cover, plus music video you realise that these numbers are super bad!

It makes you think how would this girl do without all this spotify push in the first place…

This.

Dua Lipa is literally nothing without the Spotify payola. I can already see the see "it's just a soundtrack track excuses" comming when

1. It had more promo that some big popstars lead singles

2. Dua never always had mediocre debuts despite the promo even for her other singles

Idk why everyone gets mad when I call her faceless as if it's a drag:skull:  she's been around 6+ years atp, she shouldn't need to be pushed all the time

God some of y’all are so insufferable :dies:

It's the first song she released in a long time and it's still getting Lead Single level promotion so it doesn't matter. The public interest is just not there.

+ huge first day radio push

Isnt the #18 debut in UK a bit worrying since that's her main market?

Well how do we know she doesn't have a solid fanbase?

That’s it? With all the Spotify payola? She really doesn’t have a fan base and is a faceless artist despide being in the industry for almost a decade

Even Katy had huge debuts

And where is the GP? Katy Perry was a GP artists but they were there for her singles releases until she stopped to be cool

Even GP artists like Katy Perry had huge debuts for their singles. Dua can't even achieve that

Not bad for a zero personality artist.

A case study needs to be done on her utter lack of star power and reliance on Spotify payola

How do you do sub-3M with a lead single level Spotify push???

Dua doesn't debut high, she doesn't have the interest of GP unless they're remembered who she is, this is a good debut for her standards, and the song isn't very good, so that makes it even better.

I love her and didn’t care for this because it’s a soundtrack song + I didn’t even know about it until I saw her post it on Instagram like what 3 days ago or something.

“Lead Single level push”

?

The Weeknd’s song from his new HBO show also got #1 on TTH. Also got a music video.

It’s a standard push.

You guys are so desperate to call people flops and things underperformances. You guys seem to care about this release more than fans (like myself)

Why should I care about a soundtrack release. Stans who think you need to stan every musical release are Weird

Dua is never a high debuts girl. If it does end  up being a smash it will be because of longevity and not a quick cute debut :clap3:
