I’m not surprised, Asia in general is colourist af I fear, especially when it comes to women  Disney definitely would have known this before the release though, I doubt they would’ve expected great numbers there.

If you weren't willfully being dense you'd know that American movies have seen a massive decline in China since the pandemic, while domestic movies there have become much more popular. They are no longer reliable for box office like they once were
