I don’t think it’s delusional at all to think she’s actually signing all of her physicals. I’d be suspicious of a lot of the other artists but she’s one of the few who realizes how important this stuff is in terms of her relationship to her fanbase. This is the woman who did a 13 hour meet and greet after all. Sometimes it doesn’t pay to be so cynical.

So while I don’t think any song is going #1, I do feel like there’s the potential for maybe ten of the songs on the standard version to chart.

Yeah if this is only from her website, then it’s well positioned to outperform Red. She would probably need to do 600K pure by day one to realistically have a shot at 1M.

In theory yes, but that NDA would have to be iron clad to death cause the exposé would be... a mess, doubt it would be worth it dddd.  evermore, Fearless and Red TV and Midnights had reasonable amounts of signed CDs for someone with as crazy demand and organized schedule as her, with folklore it was suspiciously huge in amounts but... that was during lockdown and she wasn't recording the TV yet.

I’m pretty sure all 22 songs will chart because Red charted 26 songs, even Ronan/Girl At Home almost made it. The album track streams will be a lot stronger for SNTV I think.

Her fans are psycho enough that they would definitely notice with only a 100 fake. She has fans that buy tons of copies and would quickly find dupes.  She would have to do more than a thousand real before she could even chance getting away with it. At that point, it wouldn't be that much less work for her to simply do it herself.

 

Taylor is pretty paranoid person that doesn't trust freely. She wouldn't risk her whole career over signed copies that she uses for chart achievements. 

 

According to Hank Green, author, it takes about 2 hours for a thousand signatures.  So she could sign 30K in 60 hours. During the pandemic, she had a lot of down time and could easily spread out the signings. Her numbers were always plausible for how much time she had them.  Since she signs booklets, she could start signing before the cds/vinyls were manfactured.

The metadata on the Speak Now cover says it was shot in May 2022 so theoretically she had almost 10 months from then until the tour began to sign them. It was shot before Midnights was even released so she could have been signing both simultaneously if they do have signed copies coming.
