if that was the case, Girl at Home wouldnt have a completely new instrumental.

She “changed” Girl at Home because she hated the old one, it was an unfinished demo that Big Machine threw on the deluxe edition. So I’m pretty sure she just finished it the way she would have originally wanted it.
