Only you, SNTV >>> Fearless TV >>> Red TV

I’m not reading all the pages since I dipped out around 120 but I hope someone highlighted the vocals on NGU and the backing vocals on Innocent. Those two were the most elevated for me

I feel like these vault tracks absolutely CLEAR Fearless and Red vaults what are y’all talking about :dies:

I haven't listened to Mean in a decade and forgot how dumb the bridge is :ahh: A reverse Warholian experience.

I'm such a Taylor fan, but I just can't get into her music pre-RED.

All the songs on Debut to Sleep Now sound the same to me. 😴 I guess I'm too European for that.

I hope she cuts down on the country stuff for the EU leg of the tour because we don't use these tracks.

I think the same. Electric touch and I can see you are stellar. Castle crumble is great too.

I think with Hayley and FOB featuring, I was expecting a bunch of better than revenge and haunted rejects that Scott made her cut to make the album more country. But actually I think most of these are slow country songs.

Oh same. I enjoy Castles Crumbling, but I was definitely surprised it was so midtempo.

I don’t think she botched Red as much as I think that was just a weaker album overall and her trying to recreate it with more skill and experience revealed a lot of flaws in the overall album  the opposite can be said with Peak Now

It's you! hi! You're the problem it's you!

As with Fearless TV, all the vault tracks are nice, but it’s obvious why they didn’t make the album the first time.

Most of Red TV’s vault tracks, on the other hand, are instant classic + essential Taylor songs (and it remains shocking how good they are when the original bonus tracks were so bad)

The numbers of how these albums performed in Europe speak for themselves. :coffee2:

Castles Crumbling is AMAZING :clap3: Sounds like a Midnights track.

Overall:

Speak Now > Red > Fearless

Strictly Vault tracks:

Red > Speak Now > Fearless

And this will be reflected in the numbers I'm fearing.

I wasn't that familiar with Speak Now aside from like 6 songs in the first place

I think he’s a sound engineer who worked on her debut and other projects. She probably needs someone more technical like a sound engineer because imitating the sounds of the original recordings is extremely challenging/almost impossible to perfect. Unlike making something new and being creative, the re-recording a lot more exact and precise with the right balance of the sounds.

Yeah true. The production is fine for the most part though, it’s just the vocals are way too loud. Like it shouldn’t have made it to press sounding like this, it’s really awful.

Not when Fearless TV was #2 in Germany, Denmark, Norway & Austria and #1 in UK & Ireland. We don't live in 2008 anymore :heart2:

And were any of the songs from those albums actual hits in Europe?

No.

It will be crickets in the stadiums if she performs too many of those country songs.

Focus on Red, 1989, Reputation, Folklore, Evermore and Midnights :heart2:

First she wouldn't be able to sell out in Europe and now the stadiums will be crickets. Some really love being wrong everytime.
