It's pretty much the same with 13 songs vs 22 songs. I would probably even say Speak Now is doing better.

But AM also doesnt update at the same times. So not sure how much "same time" this really is.

Exactly, this is the first update they've done since midnight. It's hard to say if these are 8 hours numbers or less than that

Not me just now realising I’ve been signing Haunted (probably my most played Taylor song) wrong

:skull:

I was so sure she said ‘somethings gone totally wrong’ not terribly :skull:

The 13th song was at #32 and the 13th Speak Now song is currently at #48.

With 9 more behind it

Of course Midnights did better.

After 8 hours i have listened to that 6 times.

As an hard core fan i have listened to speak now 1 time. So the numbers seems good cause probably there are gp people are listening to It like It's new. Or they didn't listen to It from years.

Midnights wasn't combined with 3 AM edition in initial updates.

the vault tracks are amazing... but there's something about the new versions that are not clicking..

I think it’s important to note that the 3am version was already out by then and those tracks hadn’t debuted yet

Not her best song Sparks Fly flopping on AM despite being #2 on the tracklist :gaycat7:

When Emma Falls in Love >>> I Can See You >>> Timeless > Castles Crumbling > Foolish One >>> Electric Touch

After listening to BTR, I take back what I said about the lyric change. It slaps.

Timeless and Castles Crumbling are my favorite vault tracks. Emma and Electric Touch are cute. I’m not really feeling the other two.

Timeless is classic Taylor storytelling, and the tune stays with you. So so good and it’s weird it didnt make the original album.

The album tracks are so much better. I cant shut up about Dear John upgrade.

I can See you and Electric touch are incredible.

True. The chorus doesn’t HIT the same way it does on the OG

I actually really like Sparks Fly. It's less pretty and "sparky" than the OG and that makes the song sounds more country

It was, the problems started when the 3am edition started to gain traction at the midday update (12PM-ish), then the album had both versions split and they weren't joined again until two days after the split

Oh Thanks.

Loved the small production changes throughout. I felt like some songs didn’t punch in the same way, but that could also be Dolby atmos because those mixes tend to do that.

As for the vault, it’s maybe the weakest set for me. These one all sound like b sides that deserved to be cut except maybe timeless. I think with Hayley and FOB featuring, I was expecting a bunch of better than revenge and haunted rejects that Scott made her cut to make the album more country. But actually I think most of these are slow country songs. I like the funkiness of ICSY. ET is the closest to rock but I would say it’s less rock than story of us. So maybe they’re a let down initially because i was expecting something else. When they grow on me I’ll probably like them more

Haunted wasn’t botched thank god but it wasn’t better either. For all the changes I liked (like production, heavy breaths) there were things I didn’t like (like more prominent echoes). But I am happy it’s not a downgrade and that’s what matters to me
