The way Big Machine Records probably heard "I Can See You" and said "nope not that one baby" :giraffe:

I Can See You is so close to being a monster smash. The concept is there, it just needs a bit of work. Please please please explore this sound for TS11 :chick3:

Timeless and Foolish One will prevail as the best vault tracks.

Electric Touch and I Can See you just have the first listen hype for now, a I know Places situation :coffee:.

I hope Foolish One grows on me with more listens. Otherwise it's the only skip on the album for me, which is more than I can say for Fearless and Red TV. I probably would like it better if wasn't sandwiched between my top two.

Ok I'm on my second listen and some parts were a little jarring on first listen (just like Fearless TV and Red TV, but even more so here since Speak Now is one of my favorite albums), and there are a few little issues I have with the vocal mixing on a couple songs, but it's overall fantastic.  I'm so happy :weeps:

I'm going to need a LONG time getting over Electric Touch and Castle's Crumbling. She really knew what the best songs were when she chose which one would have features.

Vault tracks are fantastic

So what are we pushing for number one? Are we still doing Enchanted or better Cruel Summer?

Enchanted (tv) doesn’t hold a candle to Enchanted (og) let alone Cruel Summer, be serious.

I'm really curious what she's gonna push that heist video she did and if she has other one for Enchanted

I Can Slay You is kind of perfect for a heist video, isn't it? :eli:

just finished listening to the whole album and I gotta say that this was the first re-recording which did not have any song that i'd find disappointing.

she truly took her time PERFECTING everything :jonny5:

Especially with all the playlisting it got. It's probably the single.

Just like I expected, she's pushing vault tracks and not any OG song :giraffe:

DON’T FORGET, DON’T FORGET ABOUT ME

I’M FAR AWAY BUT I NEVER LET YOU GO

I’M LOVESTRUCK AND LOOKING OUT THE WINDOW

DON’T FORGET, DON’T FORGET WHERE I’LL BE

Jesus. I don't have the words to really describe how amazing this was for me. It was the album that really made me a huge fan of hers (though State of Grace turned me into a STAN, Speak Now is when I knew that I was a fan of Taylor and I would see her live for her next album -- which I did, of course, end up seeing her for the first time on the Red Tour.)

All these songs hold up so well lyrically. Pretty much all of the updated production was solid, I have little to no complaints, and those vault tracks were really good. Like honestly probably the strongest bunch, the weakest here (Foolish One) is still stronger than the weakest of RTV (Run) and FTV (We Were Happy) and the BEST?? Castles Crumbling, my god, perhaps an all time Taylor Swift top 10 song. My god. I am gonna enjoy this for ages to come.
