Not when he is 100% wrong.

I disagree and I find the evermore cover absolutely stunning and full of meaning.

I’m traumatized by it because everyone and their mother started wearing those plaid coats after it came out :gaycat6:

When evermore was announced and Taylor said that all the photos were shot on film as if the cover doesn't look like an outtake straight from her phone  It gave us 'tis the damn season though, so it can be as ugly as it wants to be

Personally, I heard a rumor that if you don't like the Evermore cover, they won't let you into heaven when you die :!ohno:

As God should.

I love how there's no definitive "best" anything for Taylor. We're so lucky as a fanbase.

What’s everyone’s position on the Reputation cover? Love it or hate it?

Spoiler

It’s my second favorite cover after Speak Now TV

She only has a "best"  song - Today Was a Fairytale.

This is factually false. There's a best album. It's called evermore.

until she releases TS13

Deep cut "Haunted" is one of the most anticipated recordings on Speak Now (Taylor's Version).

They got that one right :clap3:

Her best cover is 1989 but you all aren't ready for that conversation yet

There is something too iconic about that cover

Ranking her album covers:

1) Speak Now (TV) - the immense glow up from the original :jonny5: it’s the most immediately I’ve ever loved an album cover of hers. Whoever did it deserves a big bonus.

2) Folklore - had a hard time between picking between this & 1989 as 2nd/3rd but I love this cover a little more. Her looking so small in the big woods & looking up, the color palette, I can’t tell if it’s a painting or a real picture, just beautiful & flawless. This is the only cover folklore could’ve ever had.

3) 1989 - she snapped on this one. So perfectly encapsulates that record from top to bottom, and such a pretty color palette. It’s super iconic too, the Polaroids has been trendy ever since 1989 came out.

4) Reputation - she also snapped on this one! Love the look she’s serving and the different fonts of her name resembling all of her press at the time

5) Red (TV) - improvement over the first Red cover, I can actually see her face & it looks like the record sounds. Very stylistically cool looking.

6) Fearless - beautiful cover with her hair flowing in the wind - it matches the album perfectly. One of her best.

7) Fearless (TV) - I slightly prefer the original’s brighter color palette but this is not a downgrade otherwise, pretty similar overall

8) Evermore - a little too simple but it’s striking & an effective, immediately clear it’s a sister act to folklore.

9) Taylor Swift - she looks stunning. it’s imperfect but a great album cover.

10) Red - it just doesn’t give me much, it’s hiding most of her face, it’s fine though

11) Speak Now - never was a big fan of this cover, it’s very Disney to me and she’s making a weird facial expression

12) Lover - I hate this cover :rip: It’s giving nothing and it’s a major downgrade from 1989 & reputation

13) Midnights - this is a mess! Picture of her is whatever, I get it she’s playing with fire and self destructive, cool lol, and why is the tracklist on the front cover? It just looks thrown together quickly
