Essentially it's like Twitter lists but you can create it like an algorithm Example- you can follow a list which will show 1) the most liked tweets in the last 24 hours 2) Or another feed in which you can see most liked tweets in the last week 3) Another feed in which you can only see tweets of your mutuals 4) a feed only about nsfw photos etc The users can create feeds too!
