Personally i do consider it a different album, and so does Gaga, it's just so different from The Fame for it to just be a "Deluxe" or a "Reissue" of The Fame, everything from the aesthetic to the sound is different.

Too bad. No matter how you try to spin it; it’s a “deluxe”, “reissue”, and even an EP. But not album. :toofunny3:
