Ed Sheeran has a collaboration with Shakira and second album with Dessner

It seems like to me that he’s a workholic while also suffering from identity crisis artistically. He’s made several albums’ worth of music that he isn’t too sure about then he’ll continue to make more and I’m sure a lot of the stuff he’s talking about here will end up scrapped.

Taylor fans in here criticizing he releases too much

mte :dies:

Idk Ed always comes off as... he wants to put out as much music as possible to achieve the most profits / success rather than truly enjoy the process of it

Like, McDonalds opens 24/7 while Michelin restaurant only opens 3 days a week for a reason :deadbanana:

Sounds like another top-10 for Madre!

Ed Sheeran has five more albums in mind using another category of symbols, one he’s not ready to share, at least on the record.

So there's 3 albums coming?

A math album

A folklore album

And a reggaeton album?

:rip:

The math album is already the folklore album.

The second album with Dessner seems to be a bit more uplifting then.

can he donate his work ethic to Skye Ferreira perhaps

Am i reading wrong or is he saying the Bruce Springsteen lite and fun tracks are not on subtract?! :biblio:

No, that is correct.
they are on a second Dessner album.

Are people seriously criticizing a musician for... putting out too much music? :deadbanana:

Where was your energy when Taylor released so many albums in short periods?

He's clearly a workaholic and likes to put out new music.

Pharrell Williams and Shakira? That sounds like a She Wolf leftover. :rip: I hope Shakira did not try to pass off a 13 year old demo. :gaycat6:

You know damn well she did. :gaycat5: BUT her and Pharrell have some great chemistry working together so we’ll see. She wolf and sale el sol were her last creative albums, maybe there’s hope.

as far as Ed I personally still don’t get the Hype, but I guess she’s more open to other creative ideas for this project. As long as she gives Reggaeton a break and dives into electro pop dark sound again like she wolf im happy

He really need to take a break. Refocus and work on a new sound that is still him but that will grab people's interest too. ONE is still one of his finest songs should have been released as a single. Reminds me of winter in France during uni days. The smell, the cold and the melancholy that go with it. Thanks Ed.
