tbh she should release a compilation album with these 4 tracks + some more orphaned/soundtrack/unreleased tracks when she's finished the tour and released the remaining 4 rerecorded albums

So what now? Will she re-release RedTV? This is so messy. Such an important project from her being treated this way.

Crazier - Would be better on Fearless but Debut is more accurate with the timeline of writing it

I actually just said something similar in a thread (might have been this one) earlier. I know the HM Movie wasn’t released until early 2009, but Crazier was written and recorded in 2008 prior to Fearless, so I guess she’s never felt it was “part” of Fearless. I expect it’ll be on Debut.

Crazier DESPERATELY needs a re-record, the recording quality of the version we have is just terrible, its like it was recorded on a Nokia

I hope they are able to update the albums and have them added on in Spotify and AM. I want them on the album so bad. I hate that they have the covers and are separated

"ever since" sounds weird

That's because she says "every day since you've been gone". But you and me on the same boat, I always thought she says "ever since you've been gone" :rip:

She was already not seeing heaven but this scavenger hunt to listen to these songs :skull: Safe & Sound remains a career highlight :jonny5:

Well, unfortunately... I think it's more likely than not that she leaves all three of these songs kind of orphaned and with digital-only releases, at least for the foreseeable future. This whole release, as much as I love the songs, seems like a neat and tidy excuse to dump three songs that she never intended as part of Red or Fearless but doesn't want on Speak Now TV, which I'm now certain she intends to specifically promote as entirely self-written (and someone else in the thread mentioned that they thought her label was responsible for ITWAM's inclusion on the deluxe, anyway).

Eyes Open is also MAJOR upgrade

And ITWAM… well that was cute but I think the OG is superior

Yes I read it. Actually, IC somehow finds it recorded around 2006/2007 during her sessions with Robert Ellis Orall.

It’s because there’s a “every day” coming before “ever since you’ve been gone”

I’ve always had a feeling it was even earlier. Most places have it listed as 2008, but 2007 makes more sense to me.
