Yep, there was a guy who went on NMIXX services and in a month Sullyoon something like 4500+ messages on her timeline and responded to every single DM the fan sent her. He said she basically spent most of her time on this.

On Bubble there's a mechanism that when idols type "Y/N", everyone who paid for the subscription see their name on their screen as If the idol is directly talking to them.
