A huge part of the idol industry is unfortunately centered around appealing to "fans" romantic fantasies(and also literal sex work but thats a whole other can of human rights abuse worms). These ships are usually planted by the company to get people more emotionally invested in a group.

Most of us are deep in this Parasocial Relationship in one way or another.  Be it thinking idols are fans' boy/girlfriends, being invested on their group's dynamics to the point you start thinking they are a couple or even having the defensive sense of protection you need to write essays to fight for their honor on the internet, etc. K-pop is too ****** I fear

I know about Zhang Hao being an ex-homosexual, but I didn't hear anything about Sung Hanbin being one as well, do you have any sources
