The keyboard synths are actually very middle-eastern “trash music” that you would hear in the ghettos, kind of like their own “country music” that the most local of the locals would enjoy

why are people saying pre releases are NewJeans strategy? I mean it’s kinda new for the majority of the groups, but it was done before (BP had 4 months long rollout in 2020 and they did pre release for Born Pink too) 

 

it’s not mainstream in kpop, but I think that newcomers/smaller groups just didn’t had the balls to do it before NewJeans came out of nowhere and smashed with 3 songs at the same time and showed that it’s not only a thing for the bigger groups
