smholiv Posted November 22, 2022 Author Posted November 22, 2022 ROUND 1: Opening Act As is customary with a song-sending game we will start off relatively easy in theme, but will still require you to do a light bit of searching. In basically all song-sending games the themes and rules always feel kind of arbitrary - and that's pretty much the point of this game! Your songs this round must satisfy all three of the following criteria: 1. The song must be listed as Track One off a full-length album - intros are NOT allowed 2. The title of your song must consist of just One Word (no acronyms please) 3. The track length has to have a "4" in it somewhere (based on Spotify's track length - ex. 2:41 or 4:02) Very arbitrary yes GROUPS As you can tell, since we have 30 players, you will be (arbitrarily randomly placed into groups. When you go to listen/rank entries it'll ONLY be the ones in your group. Slight variations in track length etc do not matter as they satisfied the criteria at the time of me confirming. -- Make sure you listen to every song in your designated group. Post comments in the thread - failure to do so consistently will result in a penalty Please remember - you only need to listen to and rank your own group (#1-14, #1 being best - DO NOT RANK YOUR OWN SONG).
