No, If I remember correctly it was its third week. This should have been the chrstimas week

Oh that is right. Billboard used to do Sunday -Saturday back then.  So this is the week right after thanksgiving.

No, Reputation was released to streaming on 1 December 2017, which was its fourth week.

Hopefully she hits 200k+ this week.

 

Next week should be her last drop before holiday shopping officially starts and she gets a bump. Are physicals still running low though? Maybe they'll have restocked by Black Friday :lakitu:

Adele can never compete in streaming units though. Not with 11/12 track albums and not having a hardcore fanbase that would play every track every day. If Midnights outsells 30 in pure than that would be more impressive.

thanks, and I did not mean that about taylor. she SELLS tons of albums. I meant artists who are like number 1 on top 200, sell 200 k and 190k are from streaming.

Okay but then just imagine how much more embarrassing it must be if you can't even sell 200k units from "quick little free streamings".  At that point you should just end your career and not call yourself an artist anymore.
