So RED will be the #4 album of 2012, #2 album of 2013, and #4 album of 2022!  How many other albums have spent 3 years in the top 3 year end?

I was looking over the stats for some longevity beasts of the past ("Thriller", "Rhythm Nation", "The Bodyguard", "21", Taylor's own "1989", "beerbongs & bentleys", "Hollywood's Bleeding"), and it seems like "RED" would indeed become the first album in history to have three years as one of the top 10 biggest albums of the year - let alone top 5.

She's insane for this :gaylorcat1:

EOM will probably finish around #5

1. Heat Waves

2. As It Was

3. Stay

4. First Class

5. EOM

6. Big Energy

We can only hope "Easy On Me" manages to sneak in, or else 2022 will end up alongside 1991 as one of the worst Year-End top 5s of all time. I quite enjoy "Heat Waves" and "STAY", but it would be so embarrassing to have the two better songs being repeats from the previous year - both of which long overstayed their welcome due to sheer stagnation of the charts. Rather not comment on the other three pieces of corporate mediocrity.

The fact that Adele may end up making the top 10 in all those charts in her flop era :toofunny3:

I know right! :fan:

Ditto for The Weeknd (with the exception of the Hot 100 charts - sadly). I'm looking forward for "The Highlights" to become a yearly top 10 staple on the Billboard 200 :campfire:

THIS!

The Hot 100 prediction is very off.

Cold Heart and Super Gremlin will leave the chart next week so they won't be higher than Easy On Me. The same goes to Shivers which leave the chart in 2 weeks. And Ghost won't have more points than EOM neither because it only has 4 weeks left before going recurrent

EOM will probably finish around #5

1. Heat Waves

2. As It Was

3. Stay

4. First Class

5. EOM

6. Big Energy

Heat Waves charting for 83 weeks. I guess it will break Blinding Lights record unless Taylor’s album bomb push it to recurrent.

EOM won’t be number 3. Look at the points difference. It is less than 300 points. It will surpass by AIW in the next two weeks.

Kiss Me More, You Right, Need to Know, Woman, Get Into It (Yuh), Freaky Deaky, Vegas and I Like You (A Happier Song) were all charting and contributing during the tracking period.

The #4 is also not a guarantee. First Class is coming as well unless it suddenly goes recurrent.

Where’s BEY?! :bibliahh: the Hive told everyone it was the biggest album of the year and nowhere in SIGHT!

It doesn't look good for her. And it's like one of the few markets where she is relevant. WW it looks even worse :chick3:

Even on Spotify charts she is tumbling down the charts and are fighting positions with Ariana Grande :rip:

AIW is already virtually above EOM. This week it's most likely gonna be #1 again with 230 points and the difference currently is 24 points (EOM 6,153 AIW 6,129).

AIW can end up at #2 if Stay goes recurrent at any point between now and the end of tracking (could happen with Taylor releasing soon). It's at 7,667 points with AIW at 6,129, with 10 weeks to go = the difference is 1,538 points or 154 points per week. AIW pulled 116 more points than Stay this week. If Stay misses one or two weeks out of the next 10 then AIW will end up on top. Stay was 20 this past week, recurrency happens when a song drops out of top 25 after 52 weeks. I can't imagine Taylor not putting 5 tracks of her album on top 25 tbh.

Harder for AIW to end up #1 because Heat Waves has a bigger difference and is pulling better points than Stay each week, plus it's unlikely it'll go recurrent, but it's also not out of the question. Heat Waves currently: 8,138, the difference with AIW is 2,009 or 201 per week. This week AIW did 99 points more than Heat Waves. Once again, one or two weeks recurrent could put AIW on top, but it's unlikely. Heat Waves was 15 this week, so Taylor would have to put 10 tracks on top 25 and that's extremely unlikely.

As for First Class passing EOM, very possible. EOM currently has 6,153 while First Class has 5,048. 1,105 difference or 111 points per week. First Class did 138 this week, so if it continues doing these numbers it very much might pass EOM. Depends on how well it holds up now that radio is dropping it.

Shivers will likely pass EOM as well. The difference right now is 252 points and Shivers did 88 this week. Shivers would have to drop hard and fast for EOM to stay above it.

In terms of Super Gremlin, the difference is 571 and it did 69 points this past week. It's possible but I wouldn't count on it. Ghost is more likely, but also remains to be seen, difference is 675 and it did 88 points this week. Cold Heart's difference is 761 and it did 82 points this week, also possible, also unlikely. Big Energy's difference is 815 and this week it did 96, possible but unlikely.

My prediction for year end Hot 100:

1- Glass Animals - Heat Waves

2- Harry Styles - As It Was

3- The Kid LAROI & Justin Bieber - Stay

4- Ed Sheeran - Shivers

5- Jack Harlow - First Class

6- Adele - Easy On Me

7- Justin Bieber - Ghost

8- Latto - Big Energy

9- Elton John & Dua Lipa - Cold Heart

10- Kodak Black - Super Gremlin

IDK that I can predict the other charts except maybe albums but that sounds like a lot of work.
