Gateau ELIMINATED: PinkBox Hubby!!!!!!! @PinkBox, you had arguably the most incredible and fascinating journey this season out of everyone who played. You went from originally insisting you would never play Let's Spoon again, to being pretty resistant even after the host twist was revealed and I tried to convince you to play, and then finally signing up at pretty much the last possible time. And despite all that, you... completely slayed the spooning for pretty much the entire game??? You told me once that whenever you play, your instinct to give it your all automatically kicks in, and you 100% proved that this season. It was so exciting to watch you make the Top 10 for the first time, and I really thought you had an amazing chance at making the Top 5 and beyond since you were kind of an underrated threat in some of these in-thread challenges! #6 is always a tough peak, but it's also where I finished the very first time I played this game, so it can bond us even further :shelvbox: I'm so happy and grateful you decided to sign up and, even through the stress and nerves that come with the game, I hope you had fun playing!! PinkBox Posted October 8, 2022 Posted October 8, 2022 Yaaay tysm for hosting shelven, you're doing SO amazing I wasn't planning on signing up but then there were a few signups who ditched and I felt bad so I signed up to fill up some spots and turns out, the experience this time was actually fun and not traumatic, the new forum helped a lot!! And a lot of challenges were fun even though I was never going to win them But anyway, this top 5 is SO strong, I'm so excited to see how it'll play out, but again ty for having me!! And I will still suggest a full season of TETRIS!!!

MAJOR NEWS: Back in Season 10, I added PinkBox to the sign-up list at the very end, without his approval. In Round 1, he spooned as a joke, and then didn't spoon again. For a few years, his record has stated that he got 61st place in Season 10, which brought down his average a lot. I've felt like this was honestly an inaccurate statistic. Since PinkBox finally signed up again (for real) and absolutely slayed this season, I have made the official decision to retcon PinkBox as a Season 10 player. That 61 is GONE from the archives. His official chart run is: 13-12-6, with an average of 10.3. Congratulations on an awesome season PB and your first top 10 ever!! It was great to have you back and I hope you had fun <3

You've been playing this game since before I even joined the Games section, and you'll always hold a special place in my personal journey with this game by winning the very first season I played! Your commitment to and enthusiasm for this game is at a level that I think basically nobody else who has played the game can match. You've really done it all during your time with this game, from challenge wins, to consistent high spooning, and of course to a season win. And throughout all that, you've also been a fun, entertaining and positive personality in each season you've played. You got oh so close to extending your record for the most 24 Hour Challenges played, but regardless of that, you played yet another incredible season that you should be proud of!! You are also such a huge inspiration as an incredibly skilled and talented player in this game. Thank you once again for your incredible hosting job Alex's and my record is still safe tho whew (but I feel it won't be for much much longer and tbh that's not a bad thing, records are meant to be broken or whatever).
