discussion "Gaga's been shedding team members for over a decade now". Why is that?

A post by @Mitsouko made me think about all the valuable team members, that made Gaga's peak years (2008-2013) what it was. Yet almost all of them are gone now, which is reflected in the state of her career. What's up with that? Toxic workplace? Low pay? Nepotism?

That post took 25 minutes to write. After all, I was a hardcore liddo back in the day. 

And I completely agree. Ricky, Freddy and Sarah need to go. Also add Bobby and Brandon with his ugly ass dresses to the list.

Then the question is - why can't new people fill up the shoes?

Why Gaga's most remembered and iconic decisions came from people that haven't been with her for 10 years?

Why Bobby, Richy, Freddy, Sarah and Brandon still work for her(despite fan backlash for some & certain allegations about mental abuse by ex staff for others) if all of their peers "moved on"?
