Actually over the last few days the song has reached new peaks on Spotify and Apple Music in numerous countries. Slipping a few spots in some countries is not "free falling everywhere".  I understand it's maddening for you to see Beyoncé come back with a global solo hit, something ATRL has been saying she would never achieve again, but you really shouldn't be lying.
