Personally I think both Gaga and Bey did well, but it's nothing spectacular. And it comes off a little bit hypocrite for some member who dragged Gaga for "Stupid Love" only to claim now that doing 20% more is amazing.

This is a low stream for Beyonce's supposed big comeback. It was made like she's at Taylor/Adele level, seems like she's within Gaga's level after all.

It's clearly not her "Believe" or "What's Love Got To Do With It" but "Chain Reaction" will do, the latter of which was a hit in Europe/Oceania. 

 

It could also be her "Freeway Of Love". Potentially.

Show me the receipts of Bey stans claiming this would break records. It’s a Tuesday release with no video coming from a 40 year old woman who withheld her last two studio albums from streaming for years and was going to do the same to one of her side projects until she realized people weren’t checking for The Carters. It’s also up against a recent Drake album bomb. 

 

The only people I saw claiming this would break records were non stans.

i love how everyone is purposely not mentioning the fact that she did these numbers with a MONDAY release, no mv and literally without even a COVER ART
