Yeah she's had 2 hits and a half but no tour, no radio power , no fanbase... She's basically a faceless artist who's already fading.

how is she gonna tour when she has no fanbase?  plus she's 30 and has a very vanilla personality. she probably aspired to have some hits and she accomplished that. SBS, K&Q, the motto, alone part 2 will pay her vacations for years. it is what it is.

They release sometimes a single (usually a collab) and goes to fashion shows / promo deals for the next 6-12 months.

She has had one moderately successful album, and I don't think it doesn't matter what she does. Remember the progressive floppage of So Am I --> Torn —> Freaking Me Out? It seemed like she was over then. Kings & Queens saved her. And that was promoted. But it does come down to the song. We can hold out hope for the next single.

The opposite of this is also accurate as well. She won’t be able to secure at least a small but dedicated fanbase if she doesn’t start touring soon. It feels like she & her team don’t think a tour is a good investment unless it’s an arena tour. She should start with clubs & small theaters first to polish up performing experience.

I know so many casual gay listeners would definitely check her live shows…

 

Without touring she can’t get a fan base or an income so what are they waiting for? Look at Carly Rae securing the bag.
