They can be culturally diverse, linguistic diverse, gender diverse, diverse on the basis of geography, daily life style etc. And where in OP it is mentioned that we are only talking about white, black and poc? Taylor has lot of fans in Asia ( especially SE Asia) and there are lot of diversities among them.

Last time I checked each MPG has a diverse fanbase in terms of gender, sexuality, geography, etc. which is why they are internationally known.

Least diverse fan base is likely an artist who is sub-genre specific - attracting a niche group of listeners/followers. Everyone else above has garnered mainstream success and to do this requires consumers from as many backgrounds as possible.
