Bang Up Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 it's 2022 and some of you are still saying now. the ignorance and bigotry. you can have hiv and live a perfectly normal life AND live without spreading it to others.
Domination Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 Yes, I dated someone who was poz for 3 years and it really wasn’t even something I ever thought about.

LustSpell Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 Ofc I would... especially if they're undetectable and taking their meds
Ger.vaz Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 Of course. And someone who wouldn't just because of it, is ignorant.
lostcause Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 (edited) Probably not, because I’m a hypochondriac and that anxiety brought into the dynamic would be unfair to the person and myself. It’s ok not to date someone if you understand you’re own trauma/hang ups/ flaws will not work together with what they bring to the table. They deserve someone who doesn’t struggle with irrational health fears in general. Edited May 11, 2022 by lostcause
Outlaws Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 I mean, of course, especially if they are undetectable.

Delirious Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 Yes 100%. However, they must disclose of it first before we do the bang bang.

I was ignorant and uneducated like many people in this thread and didn't know what undetectable meant and that HIV pos people can live a relatively normal life I really don’t understand what undetectable means. I think if means they are less likely to transmit it. I’ve tried looking it up before but didn’t really understand it. What did u look up to make you feel comfortable

As long as they're undetectable and we both take the proper protection. I don't see why I shouldnt.

I always think it whenever gays here start discussing trans related topics but it perfectly applies in most cases of "would you?" honestly They wouldn't want to date a judgemental closed minded person anyway
