Obviously the fact that The Fame/The Fame Monster is combined is a blessing and a curse on these types of charts, but I think Gaga will end up surpassing Britney over time. Britney reached Joanne’s sales in her 8th album while Gaga completely fell from 35m to 11m in her second (in her prime) while Britney reached only such figures in her 4th album in her peak era.
