None gets so much hate like her on this forum. She's been attacked from "being racist" over and over again. Also the features, the payola allegations, PR stunt, etc. She's a hitmaker machine on this forum, though, all her threads get a lot of negative replies and views.

To be fair, Demi isn't collaborating with giant artists like Ed Sheeran in order to prop up their singles. We've seen how Camila's solo singles have fared...

People forget that this site was on her side when Havana was smashing and her debut came out. They hated her prior to that, but the gays were THIRSTY for a new woman to show up and dominate in 2017-2018, and people definitely started warming up to her and were ready to bandwagon.

 

Then the horrible single choices. Then the racism allegations kept coming up with brand new evidence. Then Ariana came with the 1-2 punch of Sweetener and thank u next. Then Billie came. Then Senorita became a hit but was followed up by the horrendous Romance era. Then by this time a bunch of women were popping up and getting hits, and didn't come with a history of using racial slurs. It's no one's fault but her own for being as disliked as she is.

 

It doesn't help that her stans keep waving around stats from TWO (2) collaborations to prove that she's actually bigger and more successful than women with multiple hit (solo) songs, multiple hit albums, multiple awards, have demonstrated longevity in multiple areas, etc.

Fortunately for her, there aren't any other popping acts (at least female pop ones) on Epic, so she's their priority by default. Tho the amount invested in her is unbelievable, like who thought she was one to be invested in
