Tool’s 2019 #1 album, Fear Inoculum (RCA), re-enters the chart this week with a vinyl box set. Chart debuts include Fivio Foreign's B.I.B.L.E. (RichFish/Columbia), 42 Dugg & EST Gee's Last Ones Left (CMG/Warlike/Interscope) and Camila Cabello's Familia (Epic).

• i dont like jack this project at all just no, we need new the raconteurs.
• both new rap releases, 42 dugg/est gee, fivio, cannibalized their streaming momentum while they pose to get top 5 in any other weeks.

          "last ones left" is my best mainstream rap album so far this year, very nice, b.i.b.l.e. feels flat after "what's my name" but singles will do better than LP.
