I feel so conflicted about the juries because I enjoy the jury element of it, but they're always such a mess :deadbanana: I don't know what the EBU can really do to stop these kinds of situations in the future but remove them, but I don't love the idea of Eurovision being 100% public voted, it's makes it less open in the grand scheme of things.

What this girl achieved in just few months is honestly insane. Spain should be proud of her.

6 Jury votings (To which Romania belonged) were deemed "irregular". The EBU then decided to give Jury points for these countries based on "an estimated, scientifig guess". Surprisingly, Ukraine and UK benefitted most from this while Spain got 0 points from Romania which send a song called Llamame themselves :rip:

It's true and the EBU hasn't even commented on it yet.

There's even a live feed leaked from Romanian TV where you can see the spokesperson shocked by them cutting off their feed and you can hear Mika/the EBU guy saying "we had issues with connection and we'll give their points instead"

The EBU knew about the so-called "rigged" voting during their Semifinal but chose to stay quiet, not say anything to those countries so they wouldn't make a mess and stain the night of the finale and randomly distributed points according to other neighbouring countries results.

A mess and a half.

  what kind of fraudulency :ahh:

He wasted a spot in the final and didn't get 0 points. He got much more than he deserved :biblio:

Because everyone is aware that nobody will care about the winners of this year in 2 months. They are serving Running Scared type of irrelevancy and riggory or in their case pity votes. It is whatever at this point thats why u feel the way u feel.

No one will never serve RS irrelevancy. That's on another level. :deadbanana2:

Ukraine's song and win is overshadowed by the war. Literally that's everything that pops in people's heads when they think of Eurovision and Ukraine winning.

A shame since the song is ok and it could've made bigger noise in normal circumstances.
