What a great deal :heart2:

is the movie that tragic? If it's decent, I might take my nephew to see it

It’s a shame this flopped. This was actually a lot of fun for a superhero movie, but Ezra’s reputation definitely precedes them along with the DCEU’s history.

It’s not a bad film at all, it’s just that no one is here for it, for MANY reasons lol

Which one is the worst? This or Shazam 2.

It's sad because the movie doesn't deserve this at all. Of all recent DC it's clearly a good one, with very strong element to it. Seeing it flop so hard... WB execs only have themselves to blame by killing it with 9 year development, an already announced and cancelled universe and diluting star power of their most famous IP with cheap tv shows (only Batman is forbidden to be on TV but it should have been Superman, Supergirl and The Flash too).

This is worse. Shazam made 133m on a $125M budget.

The flash will be the first major movie to move onto a NFT:deadbanana4:

:ahh:WB is so desperate to get its money back. I never seen a flop this bad.

Geezus ******* christ... The Fastest Man Alive in the slowest attempt at a FAD cash grab that burst its bubble already.

As if this movie can't get any more disastrous and monumentally embarrassing. :rip:

I started watching this yesterday and was able to get up to the 1 hour mark, but the cringe was so strong I had to take a break. Hopefully the second half of the movie is better, I'll try to finish it today.

After watching the movie for a second time, I want to share my thoughts:

Pro:

- Sasha Calle, just wow :jonny:

- Having Michael Keaton back as Batman

- seeing Gal one last time as Wonder Woman

Cons:

- the story with a "younger" Ezra (miscast, looks too old, humour is bad)

- the Multiverse Sequenz (unused potential)

- the VFX

- direction

- Batmans Suite

All in all, WB should've cancel that movie for tax purpose and keep Sasha as Supergirl.

Fun fact: the NFT just sold 390 times ... Lord Of The Rings and Superman were sold out in minutes

Finally got round to seeing The Flash. I really enjoyed it. The sequence with the babies was one of the worst movie scenes I've ever seen but the rest was great!

Ezra is a gross person but his Barry Allen had so much heart. Michael Keaton and Batfleck slayed too. I only watched Shazam 2 last week so Wonder Woman's cameo felt a little stale to me. :skull:

The fact that they probably ruin any future for Calle as Supergirl doesn't feel right. She was the best element of the movie.

Pirating this atm and I'm kinda ashamed to say it's a serve?! I get why it was a mega flop but I honestly think this could've smashed a few years ago when the DCEU brand wasn't as tarnished, less Ezra media baggage etc. Maybe @GraceRandolph was right!
