He's supposed to be talking about no tax on tips policy at a restaurant, but he will ramble for 90 minutes and talk about what he's there for like 10 mins out of the 90. I don't see how people think he's sane at all. He did the same thing yesterday at the border. Stood there melting away rambling about how he doesn't know about "project 25" and "comrade Ka-mah-luh" over and over.

Relampago. Posted August 23 Posted August 23 Interesting read. I know the Nates engage in petty back and forths every now and again, but it's kind of interesting how the models switched. I've been wondering if pollsters have been adjusting their methodology to account for how Trump has massively overperformed twice now, and not that Nate Silver is the end all-be all, but I hope other pollsters are being honest about how the info is being presented. 1
Fleahive Posted August 23 Posted August 23 RFK Jr is so embarrassing and so are his supporters already making excuses to now vote trump. They're all so phony. Good thing he only has like 2 actual supporters. 1

Pressuring when in office never ******* works because by that time, they never have to listen to you. It absolutely didn't work on Biden, who dropped every fight the very first minute he ever saw pushback from Joe Manchin. It won't work on Kamala either, who will give Bibi just as many 2000 lb bombs as Trump. like, vote for them if you have to, but don't be delusional and lie to yourself or others about there being ANY possibility of pressuring them to do anything other than support a genocide. 2 4 1
shelven Posted August 23 Posted August 23 Hoping we get some good high quality polls this weekend. Harris's polling has been good the last few days, but it's mostly come from unranked and/or small pollsters which always makes me a bit nervous. Mostly unrelated, but does anyone else remember when NYT used to poll people live in 2018 and they'd set up a page where you could watch the responses come in real time? That was so fun and I really wish they'd bring it back (especially in a presidential year where you could see things like splits between the presidential race and the senate/governor races). 3
dman4life Posted August 23 Posted August 23 Kamala just needs to officially crush him at the debate which should be fairly easy considering she already knows what he's gonna attack her on. Then if she gets a Taylor Swift endorsement leading up to election day cheeto man might as well shift his focus back towards his (many) legal cases. Also not to be delusionally optimistic here but with this movement and momentum it's hard to imagine a world where JD Vance is VP and Kamala is a civilian in January. Before y'all drag me yes I know it was also hard to imagine Trump winning in 2016 and yet here we are 1
