From what I've seen and heard about Kelly over the last few days, he seems like a high-risk but not especially high-reward option, so I'm kind of confused why he's still one of the top contenders. 1

Somebody may have the correct info, but it's impossible to tell amidst all the noise. All that to say, I'm not believing anything till it's officially announced.
