I mean in terms of presence. They are no bigger WW now than they were a year ago. A waste of hype and an era.

No, AIWFCIY has been big for decades in Korea. Mariah’s the biggest Western female there (and I think she rivals MJ for biggest Western act ever). The parent album for AIWFCIY, Merry Christmas, sold 570k.

They just need to release more frequently. Their last mini was better than anything the other 4th Gen girlies have managed (despite being a decline in quality for Aespa) and it gave them the biggest-selling mini for a girl group ever and a smash B-side.

 

I just hope they don’t start serving Red Velvet 90s Lo-Fi leftovers to try and hop on the NewJeans trend. I love MHJ but her magic is definitely with visuals and not music.

SM was too lazy with their girl groups. Super Junior always get several comebacks in a year, while nothing for Oh GG. RV started to get shitty songs and lemme not start with aespa. The way they were kicked out from 4th gens trinity this year by IVE, NewJeans & Le sserafim. I just can’t. Even that special unit Girls On Top still did not get a physical release while the SperM tortured us with their noises in two albums. 
 

I was wondering what is the ranking of digital points for SM artistes this year. I bet it is all girls in top 5 (Taeyeon, RV, aespa, SNSD, Girls On Top)

Music, videos, performances, choreographies are the same that they have done since 2018. There is nothing exciting or entertaining about Blackpink anymore

Your correct with your statement but SJ is a bad example, they got their own label and honestly they have so many comebacks bc for a lot of them the group is their career, they have nothing else.
