Anyone knows what will her next career move be ?

Still releasing music but scaling back her celebrity to snuggle into a family.

I think that she will “hide” in 2025

I was talking about online communities (if I wasn't clear). She's definitely the most beloved she has ever been right now within the GP. She's currently in a state where she can do no wrong but in a much better place than the early 1989 (2014, early 2015). Right now, she's not doing anything to be in the spotlight, she's just feeding it, and that's why I don't think overexposure will be a problem this time around. She's seen because people want to see her and not because she wants people to see her.

@Taylor fanboy @PoisonedIvy Have you seen cool reputation looks for men? I wanted to dress up as that iconic era, but I’m out of ideas :emofish:

Men? We want cvnt!

I'll never forget wearing a Rep tank top (which I believe was a women's top) to Eras and still having multiple people come up to me to say how I must be so nice to my girlfriend to be at the show :deadbanana: The homophobia I experienced that night! :cries:

Best of luck with your outfit around these evil Swifties.

I could be serving cvnt, but I’m a hairy bear, so I’ll just go with a more casual outfit :emofish: even though rep asks for a cvnty outfit, I couldn’t pull it off for the life of me

I’m happy you found something you enjoyed in his work! All excellent choices - I think Fourth of July is actually my boyfriend’s personal favorite.

I’ve always felt that melody is one of her strengths, even as far back as Fearless

A Katy chorus with a Taylor bridge would destroy the world I fear…

Definitely not the case to most of the midnights tracks. They’re super slow and rhythmless.
same goes for 1989tv vault tracks.

As her songwriting moves more and more towards elaborate storytelling, the world becomes more and more receptive to 2-minute mindless demo clip repeating one and a half verses.

the perfect example is Stay by Justin Bieber, to this day i have no idea how that demo clip of a song got so massive, other than this is just the taste people have nowadays. Same goes for that Morgan wallet AI song “last night”, and cruel summer too in that regards, getting 4 million streams for almost half a year, when the production on that one is just not good.

so yeah. If she moves towards this direction and cut down some substance & make more generic pop sounds w/ a half decent melody, god knows how huge she’d smash. The attention and listenership she has right now is legit scary, seeing the partial numbers on “you’re losing me”.

It definitely is, it's a key tenant of her songwriting. It's why I find reputation interesting, because she ditched a lot of her melodic songwriting for the rap-singing vibe that was popular at the time.

Not when melody is legit the biggest strength of her songwriting.
