The guy that killed Arthur was just a random guy, but we do get shots of his face from time to time, he doesn't really say anything throughout the movie until the ending scene, and the other guy died when Arthur comes back from his trial and gets beaten by the guards because he called them fat and other things, the guy was singing Oh The Saints over and over and the guards tell him to shut up but he won't so they take him out of his cell and one of the guards starts choking him and ends up killing him.
