I do think she's going to release something we haven't heard a snippet of yet.

It makes sense overall - the radio audience is increasing day to day as more radio stations start playing a particular song or that song goes into Power Rotation. Radio programmers cannot look at Spotify and be like 'oh look, this new Gaga song is slaying the streaming chart, lets put it on Power Rotation and play it 30 times every day' Thats the purpose of the label, Interscope should be promoting the song to radio stations, sending them banners about it being #1 on Spotify etc.
