Vroom Vroom Posted October 4 Posted October 4 Just went on gold derby for the first time this year to look for Grammy submission information. It was refreshing to scroll through a forum that actually works. I did not see Gaga's submissions yet

Not sure how any of that works ddddd Taking my boyfriend tomorrow night so in the slim chance I'm polled I'll be voting A+ regardless of what I think of the film lol F Cinemascore is TRAGIC. Although if I remember correctly Mother! got an F as well but that was one of my favorite movies of that year, so maybe I'll love Fad. Yeah it's random polling, but the more the liddos the more the chances of them being polled. Only 22 films in history received the F rating. Mother! was one of them as you said. Others honorable mentions: Disaster Movie, The Box and The Grudge (2020)

Thank DWAS for existing otherwise it has been hard year for Obsessed Gaga Lovers
Ricardo1993 Posted October 4 Posted October 4 When LG7 features The Weeknd, Chappell Roan, and Bad Bunny then what
Bhabylon Posted October 4 Posted October 4 The more I think of the movie, the more frustrated I get it had so many brilliant ideas, none of which were executed properly. The movie is so messy that all the ideas just get muddled by everything 2
Moloko Plus Posted October 4 Posted October 4 Will this even crack 200m worldwide? Seeing as it will have ZERO legs after this weekend….
Hurem Posted October 4 Posted October 4 (edited) With J:FAD being a bomb on all fronts, she will be able to shift her focus completely to LG7 next year Edited October 4 by Hurem

Zerocoke Posted October 4 Posted October 4 One very positive thing that this entire JFAD debacle has brought us is Happy Mistake live. I don't care much about Harlequin and I don't find Happy Mistake particularly enthralling, but I'm obsessed with that performance, probably one of her best ever. What a talented woman. 1

But yeah, Gaga is coming out of this unscathed and being seen as the saving grace of a film again. She just needs to do another project quick and make sure it's a good script in the right hands (and someone who will value her and meaningfully direct her like Bradley and Ridley did). I did think about that with Joaquin, but I think he's proven himself talent-wise that he'll be fine. I guess music stans just don't understand a movie isn't like an album. An album is the popstar's work and their face is attached so they get the blame if it's bad. An actor is paid to play a role but they are not the director, producer, or writer, so no one cares. Why is it so hard for them to understand? 3

MonsterTown Posted October 4 Posted October 4 yeah it could have been worst, like critics panning her acting and destroying her acting career hating on the popstar actress wannabe...but they did praise her, wanted more of her, and blaming Todd's directon bc this flop its just bc of the direction of this film by Todd...gaga its just a paid actress she did what he told her to do.. so does Joaquin. they are fine.. i want the no musical version with Lee's deleted scenes RIGHT NOW 2
