Dancers come and go, true. But when the same group of dancers, some of whom you develop close friendships with, all quit, at the same time, it SHOULD raise eyebrows. On a related note: Richy is starting to block fans on IG, so he’s aware of the renewed interest in this. I highly doubt he’s worried though, nothing happened the last time, and I imagine nothing will happen this time. He was locked into CBT rehearsals the last time this was a topic, and this time, he’s probably in the middle of choreographing her upcoming single. It’s a shame really.

They didn't all leave at the same time tho and not everybody left, Ian McKenzie and Victor Rojas are still with her for example liking and supporting Richy posts, some dancers left in different timing and I doubt they were all close friends of her in the same way of Tanno or Aspiras, otherwise they would have confronted and talked directly with her if that was the case, things can be more complicated than what they seem. For sure now she's aware after the thing blow out in 2022, but she must have some really good reasons to keep him, we can't judge properly, especially her position in this matter, if we don't know what's going on behind the scenes exactly. 2

They weren't just some random crop of people, they were her longtime collaborators, some of whom had been dancing with her since the beginning of her career. The ones who left did so in quick succession, and immediately afterward they made explicitly clear why. As of now, Richie is still her choreographer. Furthermore, this incident with the hearing issue took place on The Monster Ball Tour which has been finished for over a decade. This man has had a hearing issue ever since, and I doubt highly that the cause for it was unknown to higher ups in the Haus considering a PT who still currently works for Gaga commented on the post that she was glad the dancer was finally telling the public his story. There is absolutely no way that someone like a PT in the Haus knows the story but Gaga herself doesn't. Gaga isn't some little girl living in a bubble. It has been stated time and time again by her team and herself that she oversees her operation from top to bottom, and if that is the case, then she's come across this information. And even if for some insane reason she hadn't before, it's been out in the public since 2021 so she especially has no excuse to've not have seen it now. Whether you want to look at this way or not, she is the head of a business. What she does is a business. Everyone on her team is her employee from her choreographer to her dancers. It is her responsibility to ensure her employees are taken care of. If one of her employees is mistreating her other employees then that is her responsibility. If she doesn't know about it, then she is being neglectful which is a form of workplace abuse. A neglectful manager allowing members of her staff bully and threaten the safety of others is neglect if she is unaware, and is co-signing said behavior if she was aware. No matter how you slice it, this is her responsibility. The story is out there for fans to know, so you cannot tell me that she hasn't seen it. But honestly? It's not unlike her to not do anything about bad things going on in her team unless it impacts her brand. Mind you she didn't remove Do What U Want until the Surviving R. Kelly doc threatened to get in the way of A Star is Born. She only jumps when her neck is on the line. And if we see her do something now in regards to all of this, know it'll be because of Joker. If it was because she really was concerned, she would've moved when her long-time dancers left en masse then took to social media to say that her choreographer was abusing them. Now, I'm sure Richy isn't the best leader but the issue could've been something that isn't really that heinous....also, this guy randomly bringing up his 'new business' and the types of things he tells his 'clients' is a tad sus. Not saying he's making everything up, but I tend to raise an eyebrow when personal promotion comes into play. 1

Do you realize this whole pointless essay is based on assumptions and things seen from the outside? You're not behind the scenes and you can't know for sure what's going on with her and the real relationship she had with the people involved, it's not about defending her, it's about knowing what's going on exactly and then giving a proper judgement, hearing at least her version before judging her behaviour in this situation, especially for taking for granted that she was being aware of certain stuff without doing anything. 4

People are too used these days to put others on trial on social media based only on assumptions or just one version of the story, now I can understand her haters using this kind of stuff to attack her, but if even her "fans" take for granted that this woman is an accessory and supporter of a certain toxic behaviour, then I think some people should reconsider being fan of this woman if she's not even allowed to have the benefit of the doubt on certain situations. 3
