At the same time, it's nice to have factual proof at just how big it actually was.

Aden Posted July 12, 2023 Posted July 12, 2023 I'm currently visiting Paris and I went into a sex shop that was playing I'll Never Love Again, the version with Bradley Cooper. ASIB really smashed here in France. 1

Hot Volcano Posted July 12, 2023 Posted July 12, 2023 RIAA counting only 1/5 of those streams is a mess! Ugh, could've easily been a 3x Platinum hit.

Leptine Posted July 12, 2023 Posted July 12, 2023 'Wednesday' got 3 Emmy nominations in major categories, best comedy series, actress and director, the show is definitely taken seriously by the industry, Gaga can definitely join.

To add to this, if we assume it actually did 3.545M units in the US, that would mean it's already passed Rain On Me and is close to surpassing Alejandro, LoveGame, and Million Reasons in US units. In fact, it might have passed them already too since this is only units from January - June. But again, since that figure includes UGC, it's actually recognized units are much lower. (For example, Billboard's numbers from April confirm it was at 1.2M US units at that point.) Still, since most of its consumption was through UGC, this gives a clearer picture of how big it actually was.

Joining 'Wednesday' would be such a predictable move by the 'Highway Unicorn (Road to Love)' songstress. A tv show she's already gone viral for? a show that is the epitome of 'dark pop'? no ma'am. 1
