No, it was always Hold My Hand. She was supposed to debut it at Coachella 2020 and the performance was intended to be filmed in IMAX but alas, pandemic happened.

Y'all do too much on the Stupid Llama video. Certainly far from her best but it was still really fun and vibrant, and nowhere on the level of Million Reasons.

A visual album would be so expensive to produce. I’d rather that money go towards 4 excellent music videos shot by directors.

Album films are a dangerous business. Recently Melanie Martinez, Halsey & Fergie did that. It's a huge amount of work and delays the date of receiving the music by a lot if she wants to release the music with the visuals. And in the end....nobody cares, hardly anybody watches these movies. Granted, Gaga is a bigger name than those people but if she suddenly has an interest in making good MV's again it would be best to just make 3-4 really good ones and release them over time. It's hard to come up with enough interesting concepts for 13+ songs, and she's not like Beyoncé, she's not going to hire 600 people to come up with everything for her. She's more hands on than that.
