Nothing is weaker than "I want your stupid love", which was just a different way of saying "want your bad romance". Let's also throw in "it was a perfect illusion"  and you have 3 leads that are oxymorons. So no, disease is nowhere near being her weakest lead lyrically. Sure, there are some lazy lyrics in it, but overall, no.
