There was a 39 day gap between the announcement & release.

 

So to match that frame: Gaga can announce next week for 2/21 or the week after for 2/28.

 

Following that frame, a 2/14 release should've been announced this week. So it's not looking too likely.

Idk why y'all are comparing Billie's release schedule to LG7? Different artists, different teams. Yes same label but that doesn't mean every Interscope artist follows the same release strategy. She also had no pre-release singles so it made sense for it to only be a 40 day wait. LG7 is a completely different scenario.
