I doubt they would wanna risk one outshining the other, but it's true that both benefitted from having their announcements so close to each other imo.

It definitely doesn't affect the tracklist cause they're very close to the album, does it make a difference in single selection or something? The listeners aren't allowed to talk about the songs of course, so it can't be a promo for the fans. Or are they just there as a fun way for artists to connect with a few fans and energize the fanbase a little?

georgechxng Posted June 6 Posted June 6 katy was at the listening party that the fans attended today and asked them to not leak or say anything in details so we probably won't hear anything too concrete about songs, lyrics and features from them

Of course, not everything needs to be a marketing tool, or rather, yesterday's event was for marketing purposes, today's event was for the fans!
